Federation Reflection: A better way to do pass-through authentication?

Jay Tomlin has written an interesting article about using Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) “Reflection” to alleviate single sign on issues related to Citrix Web Interface. Jay points out that ADFS can be used in a domain setup as both an account partner and resource partner. This makes for an easier workstation setup (no more editing the APPSRV.INI file to support single sign on) and better security (the Citrix client no longer needs to “eavesdrop” on the Windows workstation credentials with ssonsvr.exe).
