How to Use Windows Server Longhorn Remote Programs

Andy Malone has written a very detailed article about the necessary steps to use the Terminal Services Remote Programs feature of Microsoft Windows Server “Longhorn”. In this walk through article, Andy shows you how to Install Terminal Services, verify remote connection settings, add remote programs to the Allow List, create .rdp files or .msi packages, etc. You can then use these .rdp files or .msi packages along with TS Web Access, or other deployment tools such as SMS or Group Policy to give the user the seamless remote program experience.
