Citrix released a white paper titled “Accelerating Microsoft Windows Vista Migrations with Citrix Presentation Server 4.5″. The white paper states the following:

“When planning your migration to Windows Vista, adding Presentation Server 4.5 to your plan will help accelerate your migration, while saving money and resources, minimizing disruption, and leading to greater user satisfaction. Presentation Server can be used to deploy both Vista-incompatible applications and new or upgraded applications which you are introducing with the Vista rollout, enabling all users to benefit from new applications, even before they are locally migrated. Through the many features in Presentation Server, such as seamless windows, local drive and printer mapping, users can work seamlessly between local, virtual and streamed applications.”
