Hi
I see your list does not include Application Express by Endeavors Technologies www.endeavors.com . They are one of the major players in this field and actually hold the earliest patents for this technology which they have recently licensed to MS and Citrix!
Their technology can be seen in action powering a newly launched website www.stream24-7.com which offers streaming of free software within minutes!
