On September 8th, 2008 Microsoft will launch its new virtualization products at their virtualization launch event in Washington. More cities will follow. I expect this to be similar to the Windows 2008 Server launch events.

You might be saying, “wait, I thought that Hyper-V was already launched”. That is true. What Microsoft is launching in this event is their centralized virtualization management tool and their desktop & application virtualization management tools - as well as Hyper-V.
